Care should be reachable by everyone. We aim for this website to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, and for our services to welcome clients of all abilities.
On this website
We maintain semantic landmarks, keyboard-navigable menus and accordions, visible focus states, labelled form fields, live-region form feedback, and alt text on imagery. Text meets contrast requirements, and motion respects your reduced-motion settings.
In our care
Our Norfolk office offers step-free access and ground-floor rooms on request. Online sessions support live captions on most devices. If cost, language, or sensory needs affect your care, tell us in your consultation — we will problem-solve with you, including referrals when we aren’t the right fit.
Tell us what we missed
If anything here is hard to use, we want to know. Contact us through the contact page describing the barrier, and we will address it promptly.
