If something in your life feels heavy, stuck or confusing — anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, relationship strain — therapy can help. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis. Many clients simply want a steady space to understand themselves better.

Mostly, we listen. Your therapist will ask what brought you in, what you’d like to be different, and any background that feels relevant. There’s no test to pass — the first session is about comfort, fit and shaping a plan together.

Yes — every service is available over secure video, and many clients mix online and in-person sessions. Online work is private, HIPAA-compliant and just as effective for most concerns.

Yes. We work with couples of every kind and at every stage, and with teens (13+) alongside their families. Everyone in the room gets heard — our role is to hold the whole relationship, not take sides.

Session fees depend on the service and clinician — you’ll find the full breakdown on our fees page. We’re in network with several major plans and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, plus a limited number of reduced-fee spots.

Yes — everything you share is confidential, from your very first message. The only exceptions are the rare safety situations your therapist will explain clearly at the start, such as risk of serious harm.

It depends on your goals. Some clients come for a focused stretch of 8–12 sessions; others stay longer for deeper work. We review progress together regularly, so therapy lasts as long as it’s useful — never longer.
