Couples therapy.
Every couple gets stuck somewhere — the same fight on repeat, growing distance, a breach of trust. Couples therapy gives you a skilled third person in the room: someone who slows the cycle down, translates what you’re really saying, and helps you find each other again.

How the work unfolds.
- 01
Understand the cycle
We map the pattern you’re caught in — who pursues, who withdraws, where it escalates — so the problem becomes the cycle, not each other.
- 02
Reach & repair
In session, you practice turning toward each other differently: naming the need under the complaint, hearing the fear under the anger, repairing in real time.
- 03
Build the new normal
Rituals of connection, fairer fights, shared meaning. Sessions space out as the new pattern holds — most couples feel the shift within 8–12 sessions.
Good to know.
Never. We hold the relationship — both of you, and the space between you. If one partner’s behavior is harming the other, we name it honestly, but our alliance is always with the partnership itself.
Usually yes — the first session is together. After that your therapist may suggest a brief individual check-in with each of you to understand both perspectives, then the work continues as a pair.
Couples often wait years before reaching out — and still turn things around. If you both feel even a flicker of willingness, it’s worth a consultation. We’ll be honest with you about what we see.
