Secure video · Virginia-wide · same fees

Online therapy.

The same therapists, the same care — from the room where you feel most yourself. Online sessions suit busy schedules, far-flung zip codes, new parents, and anyone who simply opens up more easily at home.

Good to know.

For most concerns — anxiety, depression, relationship work, trauma — research shows online therapy works as well as in-person care. The relationship matters far more than the medium, and we’re deliberate about building it on video.

Yes. We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform with encryption — sessions are never recorded. On your side, headphones and a private spot are all it takes; many clients join from a parked car.

Any time. Life is hybrid, so we are too — keep your usual slot and just tell us which room (physical or virtual) you’ll be in that week. One note: licensing means you need to be physically in Virginia during online sessions.

Available online.
